You are welcome to browse the site and share links to it. Please do not try to break, overload or get around any part of the site, or use it to send anything harmful, unlawful or misleading.

Our work and copyright

Everything on this site, including films, stills, designs, characters and text, belongs to Keyframe Studios or to our clients and partners, and is shown with their permission. Shows, brands and characters belong to their owners. Please do not copy, download, edit or reuse any of it without written permission.

Information on this site

We keep the site up to date, but things change. The site is provided as it is, and we do not promise that it will always be complete, accurate or available.

Links to other websites

Some pages link to other websites, such as LinkedIn, IMDb, Vimeo and Shotroom AI. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

Our responsibility

We are not responsible for any loss caused by using this site or relying on it. Nothing in these terms limits anything that cannot be limited by law.

Privacy: who we are

Keyframe Studios Ltd is responsible for any personal information you send us through this site. To ask us anything about your information, use the form on our contact page.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us through the forms on this site.

Contact form: your name, email address, company or organisation, the subject and your message.

Jobs form: your name, email address, links to your work and LinkedIn, the roles and ways of working you choose, and your cover letter.

Our hosting company also keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and browser types, to keep the site secure.

Why we use it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, and to consider you for work if you apply. We do this because it is in our legitimate interests as a studio, or because you have asked us to take steps before working together. We never sell your information or use it for marketing lists.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need to deal with them and any work that follows. We keep job applications for 12 months, then delete them.

Who can see it

Only the Keyframe Studios team. Your message passes through our website host and our email provider, who handle it for us and only on our instructions.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it, or stop using it. If you are not happy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not track you across other websites. Our fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google to fetch them. Some videos may be played by Vimeo, which can set its own cookies.

Changes and law

We may update this page from time to time, and the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
